Description
The MIR2500 series high-voltage motor insulation monitor is an intelligent insulation monitoring device designed for motors with voltage levels of 10kV and below. It provides early warning of motor insulation degradation through automatic insulation resistance measurement and dynamic alarm mechanism in power outages. The device integrates power electronics technology, embedded systems and intelligent algorithms to provide accurate data support for predictive maintenance of industrial motors.

Compositions of MIR2500 Insulation Monitor:
This device uses DC high-voltage injection method (test voltage DC2500V) to measure insulation parameters. The core architecture consists of three parts:
MIR2500 display module: a low-power human-machine interaction unit based on the RJ45 interface, which does not require independent power supply. It realizes visualization of measurement results and parameter configuration through real-time data communication, and adopts high and low voltage isolation design to ensure operational safety;
MIR2500 insulation monitor: an integrated intelligent logic control unit, which realizes the automatic control logic of "power-on exit monitoring, power-off start measurement" through interlocking with the auxiliary contacts of the power supply circuit contactor/circuit breaker, avoiding the risk of live measurement;
AGH10-3 coupler: adopts an innovative high and low voltage isolation structure, which electrically isolates the device body from the high-voltage bus while realizing measurement signal coupling.

MIR2500 Insulation Monitor Features:
Precise measurement: supports 1MΩ~100GΩ wide range insulation resistance measurement, with ±3% (1MΩ~5GΩ) and ±10% (5GΩ~100GΩ) measurement accuracy;
Degradation analysis: Through the calculation of polarization index (PI, 10min and 1min insulation resistance ratio) and dielectric absorption ratio (DAR, 1min and 30s insulation resistance ratio), the degree of insulation aging can be quantitatively uated;
Intelligent discharge: After the measurement is completed, the parasitic charge discharge mechanism is automatically triggered to ensure the safety of operators.
