Sikcon Insulation Monitoring Product Line
Sikcon boasts a comprehensive product line in insulation monitoring, offering suitable products for various industries, application scenarios, voltage levels, and monitoring technologies. We'll now outline Sikcon's insulation monitoring product series for our customers.
Offline Insulation Monitoring Product Lineup for Different Voltage Levels
For motor and load offline power outage scenarios, Sikcon offers a rich portfolio of offline insulation monitoring products for motors at 1kV and below, such as the MIR500 and SKIM500. These products completely solve the pain point of traditional maintenance relying on manual, periodic insulation measurements using megohmmeters, enabling fully automated insulation testing of motor equipment without manual intervention.
In 1kV low-voltage power grid insulation monitoring scenarios, Sikcon's core product includes the MIR500 low-voltage motor insulation monitoring device, which standardly supports one-to-one independent insulation monitoring of a single motor; with the MCM expansion module, it can be expanded to achieve simultaneous online real-time monitoring of 6 or more low-voltage motors. Through modular expansion design, the monitoring cost per motor is effectively reduced, resulting in excellent cost-effectiveness, especially suitable for industrial applications with a large number of low-voltage motors and centralized layouts.
Simultaneously, to better meet customers' on-site operation and maintenance management and networking needs, Sikcon has launched the SKIM500 offline motor insulation monitoring device. This model supports centralized monitoring of three motors with a single instrument, providing a highly integrated solution to meet the needs of multi-motor intensive monitoring.
Furthermore, Sikcon offers customized services for both products, allowing for customized improvements to the measurement voltage and range according to customer requirements, meeting the specific operating conditions of different customers.
For offline monitoring of motors in the 1kV-10kV range, Sikcon's MIR2500 high-voltage motor insulation monitor enables routine operation and maintenance management of 3kV and 6kV motors. This insulation monitor has a 100G range and features functions such as absorption ratio, polarization index, and leakage current monitoring. The high and low voltage separation module and the automatic parasitic charge discharge mechanism triggered after measurement ensure the safety performance of the MIR2500 high-voltage motor insulation monitor. Flexible networking capabilities and optimized display modules make the MIR2500 more versatile and applicable to a wider range of scenarios.
Product Portfolio for Different Voltage Levels and Applications in IT Power Grids
Among various distribution network systems, IT ungrounded power grids have the most widespread application scenarios, and relevant electrical safety regulations have clear and mandatory requirements for the insulation performance indicators of IT systems.
For various application scenarios of IT power grid insulation monitoring, Sikcon Technology has deployed multiple series of dedicated products, comprehensively covering different voltage levels and operating conditions:
The SKIM600 series insulation monitor includes two subcategories, 400 and 690, specifically developed for 400V and 690V AC/DC IT power grids, and can simultaneously adapt to online insulation monitoring of both main circuits and control circuits.
The IFLS600 insulation monitoring and fault location system, consisting of the SKIM600FL insulation monitor, SKIFL12 fault locator, and matching CT transformer, enables overall insulation monitoring and precise branch circuit insulation fault location for AC and DC systems of 690V and below. This system has obtained TÜV Rheinland CE certification and has successfully passed stringent EMC electromagnetic compatibility and safety tests, making it one of the few products in the industry to achieve this authoritative certification.
The SKIM800 insulation monitor can meet the insulation monitoring needs of IT systems with AC voltages up to 800V and DC voltages up to 1kV; the SKIM200 economical insulation monitoring device is mainly suitable for insulation monitoring of IT power grid control circuits of 220V and below, offering high cost-effectiveness for basic application scenarios.

Specialized Insulation Monitoring Devices for Different Industries:
The SKIM500W online insulation monitoring device is specifically designed for wind turbine generator sets, deeply adapted to the complex operating conditions of wind turbine sites. It can perform comprehensive, high-precision online monitoring of the insulation performance of the generator stator winding to ground and rotor winding to ground. This product completely avoids the labor costs associated with traditional manual insulation testing using megohmmeters, while effectively eliminating safety hazards in scenarios such as manual high-altitude operations and live-line testing, ensuring the safety and efficiency of wind power equipment operation and maintenance.
The SKIM24-3C crane-specific insulation monitor can achieve reliable electrical interlocking with circuit contactors or circuit breaker contacts, accurately covering the insulation monitoring needs of three core circuits of insulated cranes. Specifically, it includes three independent insulation status monitoring channels: crane trolley to hook, hook to beam, and beam to motor, capturing insulation anomalies in real time and providing dual protection for the safe operation of crane equipment.
The SKIM800PV photovoltaic system insulation monitor is a specialized monitoring device developed for large and complex photovoltaic systems. Its core function is to monitor the real-time online insulation performance of the photovoltaic power grid to ground. This product boasts excellent anti-interference capabilities and detection accuracy, enabling precise detection of large leakage capacitance resistance within a 2000μF range. It is adaptable to the complex operating conditions of photovoltaic systems, providing reliable insulation status data support for the safe and stable operation of large photovoltaic power plants.
The GFM100 grounding monitoring device is a specialized grounding status monitoring device for industrial manufacturing, energy and power, data centers, and smart grids. This device can accurately identify grounding faults in resistance grounding systems and monitor the electrical integrity of the grounding loop in real time, effectively addressing existing industry pain points such as delayed grounding fault handling, detection failures due to on-site environmental interference, and difficulty in locating and investigating hidden hazards in the grounding loop. It can ensure the safe, reliable, and stable operation of the power system around the clock, significantly reducing the risk of equipment damage and production downtime. It has already been implemented on a large scale in the mining machinery industry.
The Sikcon RCMX100 single-channel residual current monitoring relay and SKMC8 multi-channel current monitoring relay are compatible with CT/KCT current transformers and are primarily used in TT grounding AC power distribution systems. They enable high-precision acquisition and detection of residual current, accurately identifying insulation and grounding faults in distribution branches. The SKMC8 multi-channel current monitoring relay supports simultaneous monitoring of 8 circuit currents, allowing real-time acquisition of grounding current parameters for each branch and rapid fault location. The equipment comes standard with an RS485 communication interface, enabling remote transmission of current data from each branch to a higher-level monitoring platform. Customized solutions with 12-channel current monitoring terminals can also be provided to meet specific project requirements.
